  • Our goal is to make the process of sharpening your shears and blades as easy as possible.  This is our recommended way, but not the only way to ship in your products for sharpening.  Feel free to ship in with your preferred method and please include your contact information with your products.

    Shipping Your Tools to Us:

    You are responsible for shipping your tools to us, and you can do so using the method most convenient for you. To make the process easier, we have provided a printable courtesy shipping label with our address. Please note that this is not a paid shipping label, and the shipping cost to send your tools to us will be your responsibility.

    Return Shipping Charges:

    ​For orders totaling $99 or more, the return shipping of your sharpened tools is on us – it's our way of saying thank you for your larger order.

    For orders under $99, there will be a flat fee of $9.95 added to your total at checkout. This fee covers the shipping costs to send your freshly sharpened tools back to your doorstep.

    • Use our printable courtesy shipping label to send the tools to our address.
    • Please retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

    Our expert team will professionally sharpen your tools with precision and care.

    3. Tools Shipped Back to You:

    If your order total is $99 or more, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    If your order is under $99, a flat fee of $9.95 will be added to your total at checkout to cover the return shipping.
